Towards the end of this course the student will exhibit an understanding of contemporary microbiome research trends and analysis methods. The student will experienced the workflow of data analysis of the most popular platforms, will be able to understand their relative strenght and weaknesses. He/She will experience a typical microbiome project and will demonstrate mastery of analysis and critical thinking upon the results. Another main objective of the course is to communicate ____ results correctly and effectively.
